marlinstudios.com has some samples for each of its collections. There are also a few on this site by an artist called fusebulb who has some for pay collections on TurboSquid http://www.sharecg.com/v/7521/Texture/High-resolution-bush-map-with-alpha-in-TGA-format I haven't tried these in 3D but I did use them to do a quick test image in Photoshop. The Franck stoneware is very durable. I have in daily use some bowls and rectangular serving dishes that, as far as I remember, were purchased by my parents around 1960, and others we bought ourselves in the late 1970s. I still find the simplicity pleasing, and our kind of food looks good in it. Anssi

Any view setting that contains the Shaded with Textures view style. I usually first select any style from the style pallet, then click the Shaded with Textures button. That way you can even have photo textures with one of the sketchy line styles. It really depends what visual style you wish to achieve. Taken the main branches to a point. Added some colour variation in the leaves - but I think I've over done it. Concentrated leaves at the tips of the main branches. Still don't like those main branches. [image: O5gh_treerenderedd.jpg]

Thanks Dave, That makes total sence! Now that I think of it a lower Res output would be better anyway as I was going for a rough look anyway. The other test Image you helped me with in the corner bar area has a bit too much "clean line feel" because I made the image large and reduced it, I'll export it much smaller next time for the "real" sketch. Thanks again for your advise a bit of enlightenment is always welcome.
