Curious that Color blind is for people who confuse and transform some colors, because there is also people who see colors in B & W !

Matte, I hope your fever has come down. Here's a quickie for the process I used to create the gradient. The pros probably know a better way but this works. The table is Christian Becksvoort's classic Shaker table. In this example I am just using exports direct from SU. One is textured with lines turned off and the other is Hidden Line using my Pencil MP1 style. Both images were exported at 3000 pixels wide because I wanted the pencil lines to be thin and light. I opened both images. In the textured one, I created an additional layer I called Lines and then copied and pasted the hidden line image to that layer. I put the textured layer on top. I could have copied the textured image to a new layer in the hidden line image and eliminated the step of rearranging layers but that's not a big deal. I used a linear gradient for this but there are other options. The shorter the line, the steeper the gradient--the more quickly the image blends from one to the other. I played with different angles and directions to find something suitable. Yes. Absolutely. My very close friend Richard, lives in Tokyo. Fortunately he's alright, but he said it was extremely shocking. Odly enough, another very good friend Mike, was in Christchurch when that earthquake struck. His wife was visiting family when that quake struck. They got out just in time before their whole house collapsed. I think the whole family are still in a tent in the back garden. We must design and engineer buildings that withstand almost anything our planet throws at us, if we are to survive.

Nice to see practical applications of software. I once used CAD to plan how to re-order my living room, and again when I was planning the location of my home theater speakers.

You need to ask yourself some questions: What happens to the drives (containing your data) on these servers when they are decommisioned , the service goes bankrupt or if the hardware is stolen? Do you know the poeple who run this company? (Would you give a CD-Rom of your most sensitive data to someone you do not know to keep?) Would your clients be happy in the knowledge that their data and designs (for example banks, prisons, private residences etc.) are being stored in this way? If your backup contains any personal data you have obligations under the Data Protection Act (UK) in terms of how the data is encrypted and secured. You will not have a defense if these obligations are breached in the context of storage on-line. I do not think this 'spreads' risk but rather increases it.
