It is a blended material (diffuse image from pdf and glossy transparent with bumb map)...

Hey Jason! the bird community is hurt with your comments you should give a public apology. Got a chance to see your WIP on the modern house and its gorgeous, I am planning on designing something like that for a client. maybe the quickest way is cmd t or ctrl t for free transform.

Like it a lot! On most of the WC's, I like it better if the paper texture isn't too strong.
