Yes it's just a HDRI for lighting hornoxx. Solo i think the lower square windows are risky considering sun damage. The upper larger openings provide a reflected diffuse north light so shouldn't be so destructive. I arranged the paintings so i may have placed them too close to the lower windows in reality.

Thanks HornOxx. Those wheels. Ah those wheels... Took me three months to figure out how to do those wheels. I was still learning how to do copy arrays. I faked the hell out of those wheels. Didn't even dawn on me at the time to use arc degrees. DOH. The outside strut attachments that connect the pads to the outer ring, took me days to figure out. The inside spring bars were pretty straight forward. But same problem with making the circular array. Groups and components and layers? What are those? But I learned a lot from those wheels. Did I mention I only had one drawing to go by? A fuzzy presentation painting at that. Google "Syd Mead VEX". There are only two images. His one painting and my model. Click image for larger picture. I have not even tried V-ray. It has to be tough starting out. Good job. Maybe the couch and chair are too small. Interesting interior decorating.

Je ne sais pas français, ainsi, tout ce que je dis est probablement jibberish. Joli rendu, mais un peu granuleuse.

Thanks Dave! The monitor actually sits behind another layer of clear glass/plastic/whatever that is the top layer of that entire wall. The number pad itself is old school payphone industrial strength and all the sockets (USB and power) are outdoor industrial strength as well. Cool idea about the restaurant. I really think we should bring back small, enclosed privacy booths of some kind for public places so we can make phone calls without all the ambient noise. Those were a good idea that unfortunately fell out of fashion. This design is a compromise of that idea and meant for indoor public place like lobbies and stations.

Jim, always a pleasure seeing more of your incredible work. Seems like all the good words have already been taken here, so I'll just combine them into one to create a whole new adjective that might come close to describing your amazing creations -- BRILLIANTOUTSTANDINGSTUNNINGWONDERFULBEAUTIFULGREATFANTASTICAWESOMWOW!!!!! Nah, still inadequate, but I can't find my thesaurus so I guess it will have to do. Please keep your work coming!

Is this to be the first in a "Young Banksy" series? Like the black sky - makes the buildings pop.
