Raylectron makes these small scene renders very easy. All I really have to do its use pre-sets for the materials and minor adjustment of the light and it's done in 5 minutes.
This model uses just 3 materials: wood, metal and black. I tell Raylectron to make the metal chrome, the wood shiny and then just use Sketchup's sun and Raylectron's default environment.
