Very nice work, I like how you have used the lines as an overlay.

Hi Nero, Couldn't understand too much of the narration but it obviously gets the message through. Nice video!

@fabulafr said: Great, i like it! Would you mind explain your tips to get thi kind of render. I downloaded your model, but i dont really find how to achieve it, i dont even succeed in turning my background black Thanks again! Mate to get MuseumMakers fade effect to the distance turn on fog and use black fog and adjust settings to your liking you will get very much the same effect. SU - Windows > Fog!

Hey thank all for the positive comments! @ Dermot - Mate I hope the scene setup I posted helps somewhat with your own kitchen, one of the beauties of working with Maxwell, Indigo, Fry or soon Thea is support for lighting adjustment during or after rendering. This tends to make lighting a no brainer!! Though some effort / testing was needed to get the panel located and directed where they would have the desired effect! That said I possibly could have reduced the number of panels as a few were effectively reduced to very low power in the final - though handy to have there just in case! @ Tianne - (Hmmm, don't think I can say mate here - oh no, oh um, help I'm lost, oh well) Mate as I posted to your tests make those panel lights your friend - though this was my first proper interior I have had the advantage of reading so many posts on the maxwell forums in the past only to realise you just can't get good scene lighting without them. Any real photos of interiors you see in mags have been supported by quite a lot of artificial lighting generally! @ Oli - Yes mate the lighting is the same with maybe only some minor positional and directional changes to the emitter panels! Again thanks all for the comments!!

The glow doesn't travel too far. I experimented with a few locations but settled for less flash on the sign. It did lead me to an interesting quandary of sorts. Should the render look like a photograph-- or what your eye can see. They are different things especially at night. ?

As I said before Fymoro you did excellent job. The last render you did is much stronger in terms of composition and shadows are much nicer. My intervention was more to do with honing of the render and it was very small intervention to that extent. Thanks everyone and Ecuadorian, I will see what I can do.

@unknownuser said: Really nice render and look forward to next installment The model is nicely detailed yet subtle. Do you plan on constructing this or is it just a concept? The project has real world implications, as the university is looking into constructing on the site, but in all honesty they would never pick a project done by a student, too much money to be lost. Thanks for the kind words!

@d12dozr: I consider the time I spend in these experiments and solving other people's questions as "training". @Rocky: This girl is the only animated character I've been able to find, so you'll be seeing her a lot until I learn to rig and animate my own. @Richard: The dancing log at the end was really odd, but then again I often get similar oddities with SketchyPhysics. @David_H: Let's hope "SketchyPhysics 5 - Monster Truck Madness" features car damage. Thanks for the comments. I think I'll drop by the SP forum, as I still know next to nothing about it, except how to make things crash. The girl was animated by phonic, a Japanese guy who is a sheer genius.

lol fletch I just forgot....no other reason. textured versions will be proper windows though-thats why i asked you which material template was best to use for externals-its for this project. hvanessen: i just added the text in photoshop...you can add text in pretty much any image editing software even paint.
