I was actually talking with friends last week about visiting Cong in Co. Mayo. I've been there many times (my dad is a humongous Quiet Man fan, he met Maureen O'Hara quite a few times, even in her OWN home, they even went to Church together...weird!!).

Thank you Richard. It was meant to be plywood with some sort of plastic laminate. There's not much contrast in the plywood edge grain material so it doesn't read much like plywood, I guess.

You are very welcome folks, just a small return for all the help, encouragement and generosity on this forum. I will try out others but the technique is simple and repeatable.

I'm not an expert, but this construction is a very common one for energy saving houses. It it important that there is a good air tightness leve so that no humidity gets into the wall.

Wonderful! My first leaning/learning in design involved the UCSC farm project--somewhat more "organic" in concept and realization. But takes me back (wish I were involved in more work like this). Great work. Post more often!

Oops, I used Windows Movie Maker (I know, so basic but so effective!) but was heavily reliant on Photoshop to create the individual frames!
