This is ridiculous, the prostate exam is nothing. For that matter neither is a biopsy if required -- like being snapped with a rubber band. Of course it requires that you visit a doctor more than once in 10 years....

@watkins said: I find the thread textures very useful for reminding which are tapped and which are clearance holes. All too true. This is a common deficiency of many 'exploded' diagrams, distributed as instructions. I've depicted such by copying the circle multiple times, at small intervals, to represent threads. I suspect no one will count them, nor measure the pitch, nor notice that it's not a helix. I wonder which is less memory-intensive, 'image texture' threads, or multiple circles? Taff

A little update on this over at the BBC NEWS site. @unknownuser said: Viacom has "backed off" from demands to divulge the viewing habits of every user who has ever watched a video on YouTube, the website has claimed. Google had been ordered to provide personal details of millions of YouTube users to help Viacom prepare its case on alleged copyright infringement.

The original two year old clip was much better to my taste...before he got funds to remake the thing. It was a bit more spontaneous and the music track was great. That clip got over 9 million viewers: [flash=425,344:11ep4zyr]http://www.youtube.com/v/bNF_P281Uu4&hl=en[/flash:11ep4zyr] disclaimer: This message has not officially been approved by Stu *

I'm usually making quick glances throughout the day while at work. I will scan the latest submissions in the Gallery, and then the corner bar. Sometimes I will look in the SU discussion forum, or the components.

Dear Plot-Paris, Yes, that all makes sense. What is confusing is that after using the off-set tool one can click on individual areas and see that they all separated by circle entities. So intuitively, one assumes that on the next push-pull the circle entity will divide the cylinder, which it doesn't. Pulling the the outer annular area first solves this problem, or doing what Alan suggests, intersecting before deleting Another mystery solved. Many thanks, Bob

Dear Hugo, My main interest is not photo-realism, but accuracy. I suppose that trait comes from my physics and engineering background. I would not make an architect as I like to design to micron accuracy (okay, I will accept acuracies of +/- 0.01 mm). I would like to thank you, and all the other forum members who have posted comments for your kind remarks. Best wishes, Bob
