    • RE: Mitsuba Physically Based Render

thanks for your suggestion notareal, i think it won't work when i do it at office, my VGA is onboard card,
i will try this mitsuba at home.

EDIT: already try at home, but don't know how to open a file or import it (same case like earth mover did), anyway its still pre beta right? this software looks going to be a good one as an open source.

      dear guys,

is there any possibility of this plugin have crashed with other plugin?

ok, here is what i did:

      1. i copy the newest version 3.0.2

      3. i create simple cube, and then group it
      4. when i right click on the group and choose eclate_deplace, no dialog box showed up and i got this messages

    • RE: Internal Rendering

      Hello Stephen,

well, if in this scene you using a physical camera ON, the value 500 for light setting is still not enough, you can try to increase it on 4 digit value, to get some ambiance.

for the rectangular outside the window, this technique is possible, when you don't want to using physical sky intervention, just make a rectangular light as wide as window opening, set it back a bit from window and don't forget to tick invincible option if you want to get just the light coming through the window.

its always fun to playing with vray, to get its great result, even sometimes its a bit longer to render than other render plugins..

      goodluck,
