      hi tig,
thanks for a quick answer and amazing tut.
i didnĀ“t think a large amount of circles can cause any "nausea" to this excellent problem šŸ‘Š
nevermind, next time i have to be careful with that.
have a nice weekend, and hope like the tiger !

    • RE: Best practice for drilling multiple holes?

      hi guys,
iĀ“ve a slightly different question, but itĀ“s about the "holes" too šŸ˜„ ( i donĀ“t want to make another new useless thread )
      it“actually talking about perforated plates.
i“m newly owner of 1001bit pro plugin, but found it can do just square holes.
when i make them an old fashioned way like here, sketchup collapses many times 😮
do you know why, because my laptop works like a charm?
your valuable tips are very appreciated.
      cheers!

    • Wrap design around surface ? iĀ“m stuck

      hi,
i wonder how many techniques are available, when i need to wrap face around non-flat surface/faceeg. a mug?

i usually import dxf file, then make face (make faces 1.4) and try to stick to the surface of an object.

i know just projection or intersect faces techniques ( design is often much larger/longer than sample below )

is there any other faster way to eg around an object( even non flat and bumpy surface ) please?

thanks for your valuable tips !

just a couple of thoughts here.

there is another harder question, how to put graphic to a outer ball, then to project to inner ball.

      hi,

a prety fast help, thanks, the tut is great !

iĀ“m very thankful, iĀ“ve spent many valuable moments here with you guys šŸ˜

so, when i return to previous topic, the best think is to change resolution of size of the model, then reduce it in PS.

      wonderful !

    • RE: Save model in PNG without background . anyone?

      hi,
you“re right. to export bigger model, then resize in PS, but when i need transparent backgroung?
do you thing PS fix everything?
      thanks!
note: just making a texture of bulding (another project) photos were made from many places around.
when i need to make panorama pic to wrap the model, i“ve to fix/strech photos for nice result.
do you think PS is the best, or is there any other tools/programs, which can fix distortions too.
your valuable tips are very appreciated šŸ‘

      hi,
thanks for your tips, so what are the final tricks?
a smart plugin solves everything ?
      wow, that“s pretty cool !

additional question about adding texture to faces
      round one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AVYYdWYRqrg
      flat surface http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KEg6tHWNXb4&feature=relmfu
to move texture on flat surface is easy, but what about round one šŸ˜ž
i need to move a bit replace my texture at the entrance of the building / see picture
      thanks!
