When importing vrmats to vray 3.6 the sketchup material function imports a 'texture helper' map instead of the original diffuse map. How do I stop this from happening?

Texture Helper
Hi whenever I import a ,vrmat file the diffuse layer in sketchup is replaced a texture helper file. Other than manually replacing it with the original diffuse file, is there a way of stopping this? and why does it do this/
Thanks

Vray proxy issue - Urgent help needed
Hi I have imported 3 x plant vrmesh objects from 3ds max, which I have then re applied the materials and saved as SKP. Rendered on their own, in different files they appear as they should. However as soon as I import all 3 models in to one file and render, the models adopt the shape of the first imported model. Though they keep their own texture files...... Does anyone have any idea what is going on?
On a tight deadline, any help would be appreciated.

Funky new prefab concept
Hi, not posted in a long time, so hope everyone likes - its a bit different to my usual style. Only had 8 hrs to create each image, as always I would have liked longer!!!
Anyway recently I have been commissioned, by a funky new company to provide images of their new prefab homes. Taking a leap away from the normal, The ARC is constructed from individual modules that can be designed and configured in any arrangement. Each module is hand crafted and made from natural and low impact building materials, making it one of the ‘greenest’ homes out there!
The company will be providing a full size show home, to be used as centre stage for the Ideal Homes Exhibition - definitely worth a visit!!
Images are going to be used for the front and back cover of the Ideal Homes exhibition brochure, which they hand out at the entrance to visitors. Exciting times!!
C&Cs welcome as always!!

RE: Open Plan Kitchen, Dining & Living Room
Thank you once again Richard!! Umm yes I agree with you on chairs, maybe a bit too heavy handed with the PS work, they look a bit rough around the edges. Easily correctable

Open Plan Kitchen, Dining & Living Room
Current project I am working on for an open plan Kitchen, Dining & Living Room. Still got a few more textures and and items to add. Ambient occlusion is a bit high as well. Will have finished images, plus panorama in the next couple of weeks. C & Cs welcome as always.

RE: Purge deleting vray textures
Thank you both.
Already have your plugin installed TIG, very useful plugin- did not realise you could specify not to purge materials.
iminy-billy-bob - Thank you, applying the material, makes perfect sense now.

Purge deleting vray textures
When I purge my scene, I lose my textures on proxy models. Does anyone know a work around for this.

RE: Swedish Inspired Living
If I was to give some constructive criticism, I would say:
• The sofa could do with some more details. it looks too solid and perfectly shaped.
• The texturing on the sofa looks a bit off. Especially in the close up, on the arm rests
• I would add a lil bit more reflec/gloss and bump on certain materials. It looks a bit flat. -
RE: Kitchen Vray sketchup WIP
Cheers Richard, definitely agree with you on the brick scale...sometimes you can look at the same image for too long and you overlook things. It takes an outsider to point it out.

RE: Interior Bedroom shots
Very nice render, Thea seems to be giving people some nice results. Think I may have to give it a try at some point.

RE: Kitchen Vray sketchup WIP
SRX: Cheers definitely agree with you about the reflection being a bit on the high side. Though gonna have to disagree aabout rotating 90 deg, they shoudl run parallel with the bi folds : )
Kristoff: I also like the clay renders, hopefully the finished product will look better once I have more detail.
