1 I am afraid that direct democracy is possible only in local communities, where people know each other eye to eye. I don't think that those in power, those you mentioned would let NET out of their control. Do not forget who created it in the first place.

How hard is to make human face in motion real! The brain recognize microseconds. It is not possible yet.

I guess you know it - the tiling of the ground texture is visible. I wonder why is it so dull though. Some kind of pattern or green areas would help a lot...
