For now the best what you can do is to use "water mark technique". In style editor place you background image as watermark...and
then make manual match with it.

Are you sure you used SU for plans? Furniture, doors... they are all SU? 2D or 3D?
I really never thought of using SU for the final layout like this. Usually it is AutoCad, PS...
