Hello Rafael,
Great job as usual. I just watched your sketchup files: you're a sick man)). New projects in mind? Do not hesitate especially if you need advice

Hello Mptak,
As Ashscott suggests (thank you!), you should find your happiness with our plugin. You will indeed quickly be able to drive transformations of your choice (rotation, translation, visibility, color, position ...) from data contained in a CSV file.
Do not hesitate to ask me your question, for now I suggest you download the trial version and try the quick-start guide (http://www.simfonia.fr/SAT/index.php?page%20=%20&%20PHPSESSID%20=%20r5d5vdo38o0taei07aaqaj9j04%20documentation)
P.S: what is a servo? Is this an actuator such as in radio control plane?
I was editing my answer when you wrote your message :

I also believe that it would be a good idea, especially as many architects (who are mainly SU users) use MAC. The problem is mainly due to the use of dll to read the data contained in the scenario files, but it is not on our close agenda; the priority is rendering. But we like apple pie )).
Hi all,
@driven,
Normally, the problem was solved this morning, hoping that you are not too disappointed.

I must confess that I find it hard to understand the function of the object you posted in video. Our hypothesis is that it is a system for climbing ropes?
In all cases it seems quite feasible for SAT!
@sketchucation world
We worked with Pilou to see what is the learning curve of our plugin. It results in the quick-start guide posted above and a series of video tutorials that Pilou has kindly made (sorry it is in the language of Molière ^ ^).

Hello Driven,
I regret to announce that indeed the SAT plugin does not work on MAC. As specified in the first page of the installation manual, the plugin works under windows XP to seven, and Version 8 or higher of SkecthUp.
You're right, it does not appear clearly on the website and we will fix it. If you have purchased a paid version without the proper configuration we will fix the problem simply with the message on contact.
Unfortunate that you can not try the SAT beast...
last word to remember you that today is the last day of our Christmas offer, do not miss this opportunity ))
Hello Renderiza,
Wouah, again a really great work! Now we have a new game at SimFonIA : to understand how you use the plugin for your animation )). So let's keep on, we like your work ))
Your animation reminds us of something we had done during the plugin developement : the rubik snake
Hello All,
A few words to wish you an happy New Year and to thanks those who bought the plugin during this christmas offer. Don't hesitate to ask your question here or on our email adress if you have questions.
Best regards,
SimFonIA team
On the advice and with the help of Pilou we have created a quick-start guide for SAT.The objective is to present the philosophy of the transformation processor through the most frequently used functions: rotation and translation. The first part is a short introduction to SU and thus will not be interesting for most of you.
But the next two part will led you to rotate Pilou's weathervane! Normally, after that, nobody should say that our plugin is complicated))
If someone try the challenge we will be very interested in his feedback.
Best regards,
Julien from SimFonIA
Hello Doz,
Sorry for not answering before but I have been very busy those last days.
You are right, SimFonIA looks difficult. But it just looks, because in fact it is very easy )). We are preparing a quick start guide that explain how to make a rotation and a translation. If we carefully look at your Tank, there is only two rotation and a translation to fully animate it (with the exception of tracks that are more complex).
Can you send me the model? I'll make a video to explain the process
Cheers,
Julien from SimFonIA_team
And to celebrate Christmas wee also have a special offer : -50% on SAT Office Version (200 €->100 €) and on SCA Extension (150 €->75 €). Available until 02 January 2013 )).
Quick-start guide to come ))

Hello all,
Here is a video to show the possibilities of SAT. We illustrate how we might have intervene in the Vauban's Gateway of Patrick (http://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=51&t=47725). From simple geometries concept to the object in its environment.

Ahah, very nice ))
Will you dare to face the Flak88?

Bonjour Pilou,
A bientôt!

Hello All,
I am not sure it is the right place to ask this question, sorry if I am wrong.
So, I would like to know if a personal-message is really sent when it appears in the "outbox" of my profile?

Hello you two,
Another interesting animation, it looks like you have passed the word this weekend!
If you are a math teacher I think it would be interesting if you try SAT (SimFonIA Animation Tool, there is a free demo). Its use involves geometric concepts (Coordinate system, vector, transformation ...) that you probably use every day.
At the moment some physics teachers use it to illustrate their lectures, I think the potential in mathematics is equally interesting (I would have really liked to be taught geometry in space visualy).
About the exported video resolution, we usually use individual images which are stored in the folder "SATTemp" during the export (c / SATTemp, depending on your installation). We then use "VirtualDub" to create an HD video from these images.
Did you try the WebGL exports?
