Yes - it's a known random 'balls up' by SketchUp 2013 v13M0... still awaiting a fix...
It can happen to any newly installed plugin...
At least you have the toolbar glued to the top-bar [a few do not!].
Double-click on the docked+glued toolbar [maybe a few times]...
It should 'loosen'...
Then you can move it off the toolbar as desired...

No need to apologise TIG... not your fault. This plugin worked perfectly in SU8. I am very much aware it is to do with Trimble.

Wierd behaviour of the toolbar. I found it under the top buried but it want unglue and I can't move it. Tried checking and unchecking but without success. V2.1 on SU 2013

If you are showing design only than cut walls could be omitted, but if you are preparing working drawings than one would show cut walls. In any case I always show cut walls as they convey idea of proximity of windows /doors to the floor/ceiling.
So idea of this plugin is really advanced section tool. That would save a lot of time if possible to implement, so +1 from me.

We are talking about sections here rather than elevations, right? Elevations would just show internal orthogonal views and sections would cut through the walls.
Surely that would be awesome tool to have.

Used extension warehouse to install the plugin. I can see it in plugins folder but I do not have toolbar. It is checked under toolbars but does not appear anywhere.

On my laptop I can move the icons about but on my desktop I can't ....wierd... both Windows 7

Any Idea how to go about plugins such as rendering soft such as vray, lightup, podium, twilight, thea. Do you need to reinstall them or just move folders?

Podium is very easy to use and in good hands could create beautiful renders. Try Thea. You can download watermarked version and see how you get on with it. It is complex but very intuitive and has great bank of materials.
