There are a lot of artistic people running around on these fora, if not professional or unprofessional.

Which makes me wonder, do you as an artist (or not) have a muse. A muse can be anything ranging from a record to a person. I experience a lack of motivation and inspiration from time to time. Which basically sucks because I am a Professional GA (Graphical Artist).

So my question is do you have a muse and in what form does it represent itself? Or don't you believe that such a thing exists at all? And as a side question how do you battle loss or lack of motivation and inspiration (let's call those a design block to make it easier πŸ˜› )?

    • RE: Concept of a Residential Building

Love the concept, very well done, materialisation could use some work perhaps some green walls, plants growing off walls etc etc. But the concept is great. Perhaps look into more ways to make it energy friendly. solar panals as sun screens or something like that, there are a lot of ways to do make a building more energy friendly. Perhaps you can make a stronger connection between the shape and the energy and eco friendly concept, that would really make the building worth more.

Also are the gardens in full sunlight? And could you provide us with a floorplan of the appartements?

The autocorrect is indeed very annoying Razz

Also a good one if you have those fabric dark desk chairs fill one up with water and wait till your victim sits down.

Personal favorite of mine: add a scheduled task to be executed daily of a loud scream. And set it to execute every day at the same time Razz. Youll have to hide the mp3 first though, stick it in his windows folder or so.

    • RE: Form Fonts questions

In my opinion a sub a FF is more than worth it, my renderings for my architecture work have improved tremendously in detail ever since I started working for FF and got acces to the library.

Even after I quite working for FF I recon that Ill get a sub just because I don't want to lose acces to this library.

Though I was wondering, seeing a lot of subs run around on these forums, what is it that you miss on FF? What kind of models? Name anything from a particular object to a range of models. Seeing I am a 3D artist there I can probably help you and FormFonts if you give me some input on this.

      Thanks in advance!

    • RE: The ultimate cocktail...

      My personal Mojito Recipe:

10 ml of sugerwater 1:1 concentration
      8 mint leaves
Put these 2 in the glass
Crush the mint leaves with a crusher paddle in the glass
      2 lemon slices
Sqeeze these out above the glass and then drop em in
Add 50 ml bacardi superior rum
Fill the glass with crused ice
And top the whole off with club soda water.

Tasted awesome and it's the only drink I know that actually makes your breath smell nice. πŸ˜›

    • RE: As an artist, do you sign your work?

If its for FormFonts or for other work related things I don't sign my work, it belongs to them they payed me to make my work become theirs, however if I have to do digital art or something similar as a commission Im signing that, I even had the experience that I forgot to sign and someone asked me to sign it after all.

Also on all my architectural renderings and 3D models and stuff like that, you can bet your ass that my signature is on that, though I have learned that it's appreciated if you sign it small, and almost invisble unless you start looking for it a watermark so to speak. There have been several cases of fraud so I am not taking any risks...

    • RE: What activities do you do?

Haven't done any sports for more than 7 years, but recently (half a year ago) I picked up smoking again and I realised I have no condition left anymore litteraly NONE what so ever, though my body doesns't show it in any way what so ever, I even got a six pack πŸ˜› and im not on the healthiest diet know to man, I wake up with spaghetti left overs from time to time or a pizza left over from yesterday which I put in the fridge. And dinner usually consists out of pizza or some lazy microwave meal or something a roommate whiped up in a minute or so. Gotta love beeing young and a student. But my condition was so insanly bad that I picked up wall climbing again, a really good sport if you ask me. I even picked up training again. Mostly for my arms and torso, lifting a weight of 7 kilo or so 100 times with both arms and then take a 2 minute brake doing sit ups and then the lifting again, repeat this 4 times and Im beat, but it's done in 30 min and I see the difference in my climbing.
