Looks kinda nasalistic but funky

You gotta love the enthusiasm of the Senior Hardware VP
Must say that i'm really impressed by the iPad's capabilities. I've been an iPhone user since launch and curently use 3GS for all my needs. The iPad will hopefully be a welcome addition. I'm watching closely the see what kinda Apps developers will create before i consider purchasing.
But with all new tech it's greeted differently depending on your taste and interests. I like to read the 'No Camp' opinions as some valuable points are being made.
Keep up the great debate
Been looking to seeing this and I'm not disappointed so far. Superb price range and choice.
Alot of bang for your buck if you ask me.
But one major issue....

Just finished absorbing and must say it's a 'must-see' for anyone interested in space, physics, cosmology etc.
Very informative and his presentation is witty and lighthearted
Thoroughly enjoyed
Simply stunning
The DOF images give the impression of minature models shot with a Macro Lens. I agree with Adam on the aerial images, they're very impressive!
Thanks for sharing all your hard work
Hi Eric,
scary stuff indeed as tornados are a rare occurence here. but your shots are very impressive. you should submit them here...

What about using a png of flowing water? You could make it a face me component.
Earthmover did a tutorial on a pond, or waterfall or something along those lines. But I'm not 100% on that. Though I remember seeing a thread around here that dealt with splashing water?
There's also Solos 'Render This:Fountain' thread which deals with water. And there's even a model you can download
I'll try that later, thanks for the tip
have you tried this out on Twilight? When you mention material rather liquid, which material in particular?
@the world
aaaaaaaaarrrrrrrgggggghhhhhhhhh!
For what it's worth you should try as many out as you can to get a feel of the program.
Personally I bought Vray for SU to begin with and found the learning curve difficult so I moved to Twilight. I'm still learning and will definetly go back Vray but Twilight's UI is a pleasure to work with and it's built around the Kerkythea Engine so it's support and developement is growing fast.
There are lots of choices out there so finding one that ticks all the boxes is a personal choice. But from my experience Twilight is extremely affordable and the free version has all the knobs and whistles as the licensed one. Except for limits to resolution output and watermarks.
Hope this helps
Didn't change anything?
Must be my choice of 'Glass' for the Whiskey, but i'll keep with till i get good feedback
Still struggling on this one
Not happy with the WhiskEy but i'll keep at it

Nice one Remus
Interested to know others Add-Ons, care to share?
Is there a plugin to put it back together?

sorry spelt his user name wrong
First off congrats on the Speedmodel win
As for the kitchen interior, tis very impressive and nicely detailed. Lighting looks a little big IMO but that's more down to taste.
Also I'd bin the clock by the sink, last thing you need to stare while doing the dishes!!
Other than these pointless comments I like it. Reminds of a kitchen dermottcoll modelled recently and another member did an excellent NPR render of it.
