    • RE: How To : Fredo6 Round and Sharp corner problems

I'd perform the radius with round corner. Then with hidden geometry showing, push-pull the ends through using the alt key. Right-left select that corner area, and perform intersect faces, with selection. Delete unwanted faces and edges.

Maybe Fredo has a setting that makes it work in some other way?

I think any of these would be great in your portfolio. I do agree about the car though.

The 3d feel of the layers of objects is very crisp and tangible. Maybe because of this and the direct view, it almost feels like a picture of an actual model. Not in a bad way, but it has the feeling like some tilt-shift images for some reason.

    • RE: Reduce texture resolution

I double click the material in the material browser and, in the panel that appears, choose the button to the right of the material name: "Edit texture image in external editor" and then reduce the image size in the external editor, and save/overwriting the image used for the in- model material.

    • RE: Custom Stone Veneer Texture

Is something like this helpful. It looks a lot like Napa wall stone that we use around here but usually there's no lichen.

    • RE: Tropical Queensland Waterfront

My wife and I long ago hitched as far as Townsville then to the Outback and Darwin.

Oh wow. Mackay might be where a truckee took us home for the night. Unbelievable how hospitable Aussies are! We stayed with people a lot on the way. Barbies, XXXX, INXS and all.
