Multiple groups from selectionposted in Plugins
Is there an extension that will create groups based on the selection. I'm creating a cemetery (isn't ironic to plan for peoples deaths) and all the headstones will have the same geometry but will be different stone material. I'd like to select the headstones all at once and hit a button that will create a group for each headstone instead of a large group with multiple headstones. All the headstones are built with the default material then I can easily change the material by the paint bucket or using an object ID filter when rendering. Hopefully that makes sense. See attached for screen shot bird's eye view.

Piranesi is a tool that I utilize for scene editing. After trying to figure out some custom preferred style recordings, I realized it can only be performed all in one layer. However, I saw the "Run Commands..." and "Run Commands On Folder..." When attempting to open something, it appears to be .txt files that will work. I'm very unaware of this feature, anybody have any ideas of what can be achieved when running it and how to create a .txt file that'll work for it?

Snap shot google earth with image overlayposted in Newbie Forum
My boss said that you could (not anymore?) get a snapshot of google earth with any image overlay that was in place in GE and import it directly into sketchup? (see attachment) Is that still available? I only know how to get geo-location.

Lock to Parallel or Perpendicular linesposted in SketchUp Feature Requests
Just as you can lock onto the x,y, and z axis with the arrow keys when measuring or drawing a line. There are times where you can follow the pink-line-tracking to continue a line that is parallel or perpendicular...not at all times does it lock onto pink, so as a solution:Is there a plugin or undiscovered way to lock on to drawing a line that is perpendicular or parallel (pink line tracking)...In other words, can you lock to the pink tracking or hot key like you can with axis locks?

Camera Clipping Issueposted in SketchUp Discussions
SU pro version 8. The more I zoom in on my model, the more it disappears, where I can't zoom in to see details, I tried opening it in version 6, but still had the same problem....Any help
