Hi,
ich habe ein Objekt als 3ds importiert, bei dem die Texturskalierung viel zu klein ist. Kann ich irgendwie die
Texturkoordinaten lรถschen/zurรผcksetzen? "Remove All Materials" bringt leider auch nichts...
Hilfe!!!

Hilfe!!!
Hi,
i have to apply a texture onto a curved surface (curtain). projection will not work, i need the texture wrapped around.
is there a ruby for this? i searched for it but only found the uv tools.
i'm on su6. has texturing in su7 changed? are there more options now?
did you use maxwell with the SU Plugin to render the views?
i have this problem when i use a maxwell camera with "show render area" enabled. (winxp SU6.4)
WOW! This is incredible!

Great Work!
Thank You very very much!!!!
the whole skp dev team (if there is one existing - don't know, after seeing v7) should quit developing new functions and concentrate on x64 and highpoly support ...or go home instead.
Sketchup v6.9 "Community Edition" rockz!!!

WOW! that was fast!

IT WORKS! Thank You very much! very helpful
@Chris:
thank you too! but i don't want to move the item, but change the current layer to the layer of the selected object
Hi,
would it be possible to write a little ruby that lets you switch to the layer of a selected object?
AutoCAD has this function and it is very useful. it would be good if it could be assigned to a key and would be started temporary. after selecting the object it switches back to the last used tool.
WOW!!! Thank You for this great plugin!
Very helpful! Very Cool!
WOW! Thank You! Very cool!
@davide.skp
have you tried to group all faces first and then use the mirror tool?
I had this issue with imported trees. Using the mirror tool without opening the group/component worked well - applying it to the faces in the group messed up all uv's forever...
Geforce or Quadro? Radeon or FirePro?
Hi,
i'm planning to buy a new card.
so the question is...
i consider to buy a Radeon HD 4890 and mayby turn it into a Fire Pro.
Or a GeForce GTX 285.
WOW! Very cool! Thank You!
3ds max feeling in sketchup...
??? i don't get it...
shouldn't the question be " What can we do FIRSTto make SketchUp run faster and perform better?" with the possibility to select 1, 2 or 3 options.
or at least a weighting option.
in this case i could select all points. everything is usefull, but some are fundamental!
i think as it's now you'll receive 6 clicks from almost
every participant....
but thank you for doing these survey's - i would be great to see some real results of these efforts in the near future!
Thank You very much Chris! Looks very interesting!
Sketchup 7?
...what's Sketchup 7?
i'm on Sketchup 6 Extended!

WOW! All these great Plugins are so much bigger than the tiny update to v7 - google should concentrate on 64bit and high poly support, that seems to be the only part that all these great programmers on this forum can't do...
hi,
would it be possible to add the functionality of an even division of straight lines? i don't know anything about ruby scripting, but maybe it would be possible to divide the to countours with the same amount of segments before connecting them...?
THANK YOU Fredo!!!!!!
what a fantastic development!

Google - learn from the master!
+1
(btw. google is your friend
)
#17 copy/paste objects from one "bigger" skp file to another is insanely slow - it took me half an hour (freeze!) to insert a tree with only 70k polys into a model... 3dsmax did it in 5 seconds...
fredo i have to thank you again for this fantastic plugin!!!
it's really very helpful every day.

I am looking forward to SU8 even more now.
...in 1 or 2 years?!?
this had to be in skp7 after this long time - either with sub-d or nurbs...
@plot-paris said:
...are they using some sort of auto-subdivide or are all objects built of NURBS?
...yes nurbs at work
