as you may know , nowadays, Iran government is almost banned in different field , so private jobs and offices are trying to develope themselves, preventing to die. (i.e. I saw this few days ago: http://www.umef-university.ch/?lang=fr , that has an sister office here in Iran-Tehran :http://www.mahanbs.com/en/) So I thought that maybe some of you , are university lecturer,managers, etc ... and interested in having co-job with our private academy!... is there anyone here? anyone interested?

is there anyone here , that is doing watercolors? anyone interested in a co-exhibition, here in Isfahan?

Majid, the general advice is not to change the active layer (with the round "radio buttons") to anything but keep it Layer0. You can, of course change the visibility of layers (with the square "checkboxes") any time... Now when you add a new layer, it automatically becomes visible in each scene. This is how SU works by default. Jim has a plugin though which adds a layer that's hidden by default: http://sketchuptips.blogspot.hu/2007/08/add-hidden-layer.html

ممنونم که شروع کردید. من سعی میکنم اون تاپیکتونو همیشه مرتب نگه دارم و اگه بچه ها سئوالی داشتن به یه تاپیک دیگه (مثلا با نما سئوال و جواب در مورد پلاگینا) انتقال بدم

finally my crappy computer start to have "blue screen" of dumping (an screen showing physical memory dump, and counting down!!!) . then it restarted, giving a message that i've missed a system file ,and asking me to use a 3 finger hello! ( I mean, Alt+Ctrl+Del)!!!! and then missed my pc..., and now it is on repairing.... donno what happend and if it was depending on that treats or no, but it;d be fine by new windows..... my only chance was that I had a copy of latest works on flash memory and continued on my new laptop wit only Sketchup+Gimp!!!, my only engineering apps!!

this is a trick I guess.... to direct our mind to wrong way ,so that couldn't see what is happening to us. beleive me that Iranian are hospite people ,generally , but foolish polititions.... while the real question is oil/money...

In northern climes a 'good' roof is typically 35 degrees plus [45+?]. The slope-line take directly down the tiles/roof-surface should pass just above any gutter line to allow snow/ice to slide off as it thaws, without it catching and taking the gutter with it. The gutter itself obviously needs to be substantially fixed to the fascia at the eaves.
