Any idea?.... are you interested in art field?

Hi dear mates/fridens. let me describe the situation that I am included and needs your attention please:
I have master degree on architecture. and also am verrry interested in art ( I mean painting mainly) and you may visit some of my works here:

nowadays am planning to improve my job chances, that could be done via 2 main concepts :
**A:**continue my education in field of art or maybe architecture (architecture is my second choice) as it provides me:
1- time to improve my skills
2- improves my job opportunities, here and at world scale, as it increases my contacts and knowledge
3- it improves my chance to migrate (as I am not included in any rant here, so it is almost hard for me to live...
)
at the other hand, I must have permission to work, maybe as assistant ,or other related jobs, or have any sort of scholarship to handle myself.
B: having art exhibitions and improve my relationship network, skills knowledge, my vision to contemporary art work and financial situation
so now I need your guides on both choices
anyone of you, mates, can makes connection on art or exhibitions? or if is there anyone here that is interested in having a co-exhibition?
as I live in Isfahan that is art capital of Iran, so I have some chances to invite and hospite you during a co-exhibition period.
or
can anyone helps or directs me on an appropriate educational situation?
my preferred area is north and western Europe. by the way other situations like Islamic, or eastern art/architecture also are my fields of interests.
