That's too bad that you don't livestream your stuff, chedda. I would've loved seeing you stream since those livestreaming platforms such as picarto.tv do feature some great artists. But thank you for sharing your flickr link! I had a look through it and it looks extremely beautiful, especially the bell tower one.

RE: Knock Castle
Extremely great render! Love the dark touch that comes along with it. Really has that 16th century Scotland feel, which I like. Reminded me of the time I was in Scotland a few years ago. The scenery is just breathtaking, I can highly recommend anyone to go see it, if they haven't been there yet.
I wish more people would show their works in a livestream primarily aimed at creative people, such as twitch or picarto.tv.(the latter one is better though when it comes to art) You don't happen to livestream, do you? -
RE: Modelling a tramway
I knew it was familiar somehow! Great model, really like it. From what I see so far on the pictures you posted, you didn't miss any detail.
I haven't modeled a car yet but it's interesting to know that both have the same difficulty.

In fact seems the random color Painter from Chris Fullmer is not more working with new versions!
So I must use a tricky one by Sdmitch where you can use your own palett!
(if i refind it in my fearies' chest box!

I like this one a little bit more than the previous ones you posted, but I guess it's just a personal preference since I like the colors more in this one.

RE: Modelling a tramway
Nicely done! This isn't a German trainway by any chance? Looks exactly like the one I've seen when I was in Germany for the first time. How difficult is modelling a tramway?

RE: In Honor of Father's Day
This has a very nostalgic feeling to it and I like it. Also something playful, it reminds me of a children's box somehow I don't know if this was intented though, it's just what came to my mind when I first looked at it. Really good job!

RE: [Layout] Transparent background in LO and extracting image
I've been looking for this everywhere, actually! Thank you so much for posting this!! You did save my life with that. I'm an LO user and I haven't quite figured out how to work with a transparent background so I'm glad that I found your tutorial on that!

Was it difficult for you to do this? It looks really time-consuming.
No, neither difficult nor time consuming. As I said it was a quick set-up.
That's awesome. Looks can be deceiving, I guess I could've sworn this was extremely difficult to make, but I like getting surprised

RE: Rolex Custom - Carbon Edge
If this watch would be real, I'll bet it'll be super expensive haha anyway, amazing render!

RE: Monaco Building entrance wip Enscape 3d

Lisa, Making mistakes is part of the learning process so don't let it get you down. I made plenty of mistakes early on, heck I still do. The mistakes just aren't as bad or as often as when I first started. Soldier on and try new things and don't worry about making an error. That's why SU has an eraser tool .
Thank you for your kind words Nice to see that even professionals still mess up 'cause I've been struggling a lot with SketchUp. I try to keep getting better at it, though.

RE: Wood grain test.
It's good but too dark at some parts, that could be a little distracting.

RE: Animator Gallery
Thank you for posting so many videos on your projects! Really appreciate that. Especially for me as an amateur it's nice to see how other do their stuff

RE: Working Late - Added pic
Thanks for the reply! That's really interesting to hear since I've always had the impression changing stuff would always take hours to to. I'm getting used to working with SketchUp and try not to change too many things because I'm afraid I might mess up big time lol
What was that in your case? -
RE: Simply Sketchup
Also a little too late on this but great job with this one. Simple and neat. A project doesn't need to be filled with high details, sometimes a simple take-on is just fine
