RE: Denver Architecture
@Gus-R Yes that is quality work mate. I have some work coming up for a Government sports pavilion. So seems Government may be an avenue. As far as rendering and modelling goes I have a concept of Art creation which may be original. Yes it is a shame about AI and the feeling of having redundant skills. I have no idea of what part AI will play in Archvis, that is yet to bee seen. One upside though is we have least have a passion and skills/hobby/interest............and that is gold, perhaps not in a monetary sense

First (durable) mechanical heart.
I thought mechanical are a thing But apparently they are not durable and the valves make noises therefore current mechanical hears are very noisy By durable that means the patient can leave the hospital and can take the place of or improve upon a normal heart permanently a guy here had it fitted and after ore that 100 days living at home The trials have started a while ago. And it is due for being on the market in 2 to three years
Australian man successfully receives titanium heart after 6-hour operation
A New South Wales man with heart failure lived with the artificial heart for over 100 days while waiting to be matched with a heart donor.

RE: Bauhaus building B&W
Hi Guys, I have as seems to be the norm with me, I let the image sit for a day or 2 and let it sit. I think it is because I get tired or whatever. When I pick it up again I can see what needs to be done. I think this image is far superior to the first one'

Elephant in the room
This may not be the right forum for politics and I would not be angry if a moderator takes what I am about to say, Trump needs to be impeached we are living in very dangerous times.

It is cold here down to 3C at night. thought I needed something tropical and humid. Modelled in SU with rendered in TM, megascans and Scetchfab used

There you go. Had to do it with geometry and decals

Won't happen anytime soon, I think. No-one in the Republican Party dares to take on Trump, and the Democrats know any attempt to get rid of him without firm Republican support would be futile, even counterproductive. So ... things'll have to get worse first. Civil unrest, violence, that sort of thing. It's all rather frightening, from where I'm standing.
(Hi kids!)
Hi stinkie. where have you been? I have missed you ugly renders

Aah, I see what you mean Rich, just saw what you were thlking about. I need to find a way to fix it. Have asked the question on TM forum. Failing that I will put some decals on the affected places and perhaps put some TM geometry on top of those parts. Again your critical eye is phenomenal

As someone who goes for atmosphere, prbably not the best to critiq the product of others.
The shrubbery is a bit too regular and has been trimmed into liones to follow the pathways. It looks stilted, unrealistic.
The render itself with the kids playing, genuinely makes me smile. Thanks for that.
See what you made me do Mike.............................................................................................
