How do you snap camera view in animation, i can add them at a time say 17.3 but it moves to view slowly from previous view

Hi I am trying to Export IFC from Sketch Up, for use in another programme the reads the description field.
The default format makes the instance be the name I need it to be the description.
Is there a way to either make the Instance equal the description or to populate the description field
