Such a "fake" sun would probably need to be so far (thus so big) that it would be hard to give enough light to it. If it is closer, the reflections on the water would reveal the trick for ithey wouldn't start in the infinity. If very badly needed, you can add something like that in PS I guess (I can in Corel Photopaint and it's an old release...)
