Tuna,
Do you plan on posting this in the 3D warehouse? Its pretty good and I think a lot people would upload it.
Nice piece of furniture.

Hello SKU community,
I am not a noob but have a question about the 3D Warehouse. Is it no longer available for versions before 2019? I was able to access it a few weeks ago but now cannot even login to Trimble. Just wondering if it is orphaned and I need to update (ugh).
Any info would be nice since the Trimble/Google page doesn't seem to be helping.
Working with MacOS and SKU 2018.
Thanks
Hello My SU Friends,
I have a question to those who use the rendering plugins. I currently use Maxwell which is quite nice but takes a lot of time to set up and get running right. Considering that my time is tight sometimes I am wondering if any of you have experience with rendering plugins that are fast, clean and not too expensive. I am working on a new 2016 Macbook Pro.
Surely I am not the only one with this problem.
I recently upgraded to 2013 through my company. I have been using Maxwell render but do not have the latest version so I want to save my 2013 skp files to skp.8 and it is not saving correctly. I keep receiving a pop up telling me that this was created in a later version of sketchup and cannot be opened with version 8 even though I am saving it as such. Is there a plugin to fix this? I do not want to buy a new version of Maxwell.
Any suggestions?
It has been a while since I have used SKU and checked in on this site. Love em both.
As a person who uses sketchup from time to time I thought I would upgrade to 2013. I have not had time to discover its ins and outs but I did notice that I cannot seem to access my camera and camera settings for Maxwell Render. Any advice on how to transfer the plugins to my new version from SKU 7. Also, the materials database that I spent a fair amount of time building would be really useful.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
Hello, it has been a while since I asked for help with sketchup...this might be a good thing.
I am using SU with Maxwell Render and do not have the ability to quickly test my renderings in sketchup before opening Maxwell and going through the painful process of running a render and going back to SU to adjust etc. I am working on SU7 and want to know if there is a plugin available to allow me to manipulate and view my renderings before imposing the masochistic process that I am going through now?
Hello Fellow Sketchers,
I have an issue and it probably quite easy to fix, but I am an idiot. I have exported to layout and my drawings are showing the section cuts with a colored area with in the section plane. How do I get rid of this annoyance? Anyone who can help I would be very grateful.
jeff,
I downloaded TIGs complex curve plugin. nice plugin but not really exactly the shape I want. Can I send you a sketch up file? Here a couple of images but not sure if you can really see what the goal is.
Jim,
I am trying to add a plugin made by TIG into sketchup. Excuse my novice question, but since I am not the most adept at these things I need some help adding the plugins. Basically how do I a plugin to my sketchup?
Hello everyone. I am an architect in Japan and have been using Sketchup/Layout for about 2 years. I love it since you can model, make working drawings and export to excellent rendering programs like MAxwell Render. Although I have been using the program fairly regularly and with success, I have yet to do complicated forms in sketchup. Recently I have been working on a new project that calls for a complicated roof. It is a concave roof and I am not sure how to model it best without having adjust every little piece. Anyone have suggestions? Should I make the roof a diaphragm and then warp it? If so is there a tutorial for this?
Would love any help on this.
Best Regards
Edwin
