SU Make 2016, Win 8.1
When searching SU Warehouse and finding a list of hundreds of components, I may scroll down the list to find what I need.
On at least two occasions, Sketchup just quit. What happened?
Can somebody direct me to a tutorial (English, please) for setting up a joystick for SP or MSPhysics ?
I've got a Logitech F310.
When hovering over icons in Sketchup, text appears and gives a brief description of its purpose. However, in MSPhysics the pop-up text is helpful, but is TOO brief. A box of text with lots of words and little time to read it.
What's happening with ZOOM? When I pick RUN simulation, the image zooms in.

Where are the directions for using the "quantity report?
Other dwg programs I've used displayed a HYPHEN between Feet & Inches. Is this a forthcoming feature in Sketchup?
Suppose you want to draw a rectangle (top view) within a wall to represent an opening. The tool will snap to the width of the wall. You only want to change the "X" dimension. How do you enter the info without typing the snapped dimension as well?
I've got some assorted manuals (pdf) beginning with SU7 When can we expect one for MSPhysics?
2015 Make with windows 8.1
Everytime I start SU Make, I get this pop-up: "AMS Window Settings extension requires AMS Library, version 2.1.0 +! This extension will not work without the library installed. Would you like to get the library download page?"
So I pick YES, then download the zip file. Next I extract the zip file to the plugins folder, a subdirectory of tools. I then restart SU Make and get the same Pop-up meassage.
What am I doing wrong?
The answer was too obvious. A 32 bit program won't run on a 64 bit system. Case closed.

Are you sure it doesn't exist. The directory is normally hidden because you shouldn't need direct access to it although you can change that in the Windows preferences (not SketchUp's). What exactly are the load errors?

Using SU Make 2015 64 bit. Classifications file location "AppData/Roaming" is listed here, but no such sub-directory exists on my laptop with Windows 8.1. So the AMS Library files aren't loading correctly and I'm getting a LOAD ERROR message when starting SU.
What now ?

You could try using the built-in Accessories > Character Map and copy/paste the desired character, OR simply try typing the codes which it gives you [PC only].
e.g.
Alt+0178 == ² Alt+0179 == ³
etc
I actually have an AutoHotKeys .exe that I have made and which runs at startup - it lets me type say 'sup2' to get ²
No need to remember obscure codes...
Thank you for that. My concern is for the superscript [o] for degrees
