Come on guys, you shouldn't need to download anything.....there are very few things more simple to model than a nail or sphere. In fact, if you have the SP plugin or the add shape plugin, you don't even have to model the sphere.
Cheers,
Was curious to see if there was caustics on the
shadow side, so i moved the light to the side
and found some behind the apple and on the base
of the metal.

Still can't get it working though, because I can't seem to find the right file. It should be called something like Blender+Cycles. But I can't find it on Graphicall. I use win7.
For mac users, not advanced users I mean, here, its very fast no cuda though. Multiple UVs work fine in this one.

Messing around with shadows and trying to avoid
the blinding radioactive look but the white still looks
cloudy or diffused.

Alexander and Kristoff,
I did try to use the free version of Instant Roof but it doesnt
work for low pitched roofs and so i just used Tigs Roof.rb and
placed roof tile components above it. There should be some roof
tiles somewhere in this forum that ive been using.
About Mediterranean style I dont know anything about styles.
I have seen Mediteranean Spanish houses on the web and
just learning about them.
The door is from Google Warehouse and did some changes on it.
Rocks are complicated, these are abstract sculpture at its best, its like 'Elgin marbles' at British museum. But you need lot of poly, a lot!!!. If we're talking about convincing rocks and not just a background. Damn rocks...
3rd render on the top.
Ive been trying to work with stone walls but a little to tough to figure them out.
Im using a blender material on a wall with uv's from SketchUp. There isnt much depth on the stone because its normal maps and not displacements.
The 4th on the top is displaced a little.
Has someone translated these trees to skp files. The images files can be made as skp components used interchangably on a tree or used in kerky as an instance. This would be nice.
