The default location for loaded extensions is the Plugins menu [renamed Extensions menu in newer SketchUp versions. However it can become cluttered, and many authors choose other locations depending on what the tool does - favorites are Tools and Draw, but others can be under File and so on - but some are unexpected odd, e.g. my SectionCutFace only appears in the right-click context-menu if a single section-plane is selected... You must read the Usage notes for each extension you install...
