Yes. There was very little that happened in 2011, due to various reason, but I've picked up and moving forward again. I hope to be posting more info on development soon.

Have you tried using 3DS files or Objs? They work better with Pepakura in my limited experience with the program.

I've been trying to get a rhino file into SU but the default export options makes the SU files HUGE! I then tried 3DS but the import is Mesh only with no surfaces...
Is there a way to import with surfaces?
Is there a quick way to build the surfaces from mesh?

This is a fantastically useful and intuitive tool. I hope it gets developed further, perhaps integration with ability to change units?
Not sure I get it. Does it replace one material with another entirely?
I think it crash with nested components and groups. I use it only when I've exploded everything.

No - Only with 1.05.30 and older. The new one might actually be faster if you use group/component materials.

Just tested lib3.4c and Fredoscale 2.0i
Definitely causes some context menu grey outs
Stuff like putoncurrentlayer and Construction grid etc. gets greyed out.

What versions did you have? He updates his whole suite to address this issue.
Ghosted components was old. V1.0 I gues that must be it. Fredoscale is 2.0i which should be the latest.

You CAN have/use all/any of Fredo's tools without the gray-out problem, IF you have the up to date versions and the correct 'Lib' files/folders...................

Ok i got the menus back but only after removing all fredo plugins and fredolib... Real shame really I liked his plugins...
