Thanks, for the heads-up I really like this tool.

I created a flat inclined plane, centered it at the origin, and put a yucca bush on it.

Under "Spray" I had two choices as expected:

Selected Faces
Vertices of Faces

I clicked on the plane, chose my yucca plant and selected "Selected Faces", then pressed "Spray"

Nothing happens.

Plugout: a Plugin that has been removed

As in "causesproblems.rb became an immediate plugout for me".

I often do the workflow of this plugin by "hand" so this will be a welcome addition.

Really neat effects, TIG, but I've loaded the SKM files into the plugins folder and I don't get any toolbar.

It's really strange: I have both Vue 8 Complete and Vue 9 Complete.

I can export from SU into V8C just fine, but the same model winds up being just a sphere in V9C.

It seems to me that there is a bug in V9C.

Yes, I entered "paste" to get two choices: "Edit,Paste" and "Edit,Paste In Place"

This is all happening at home: At work "Ctrl+Shift+Paste" works just fine. Note, however, it is Ctrl+Shift+V not Shift+Ctrl+V. It won't allow Shift to be first.

Odd, indeed!!

I press the Shift key (the display then reads Shift+)then, while holding it down, press the Ctrl key (at that point the display moves the Ctrl in front giving Ctrl+Shift+), and, finally try to press the V-key and it won't accept it??

Thanks, Thomas, but my point was that in the preference dialog for adding shortcuts it will not accept Shift-Ctrl-V: it will only accept one "modifier" Shift or Alt or Ctrl, but not any combination of them.

I've gone to my C3D account, but see no obvious way to download the update.
I did a search for SU to Vue and it led me to your post: the link on the post sent me to a page to buy it.

Edit: My SU2Vue came as a part of the Vue 9 Complete Bundle - I didn't buy it separately: is that the problem?

I read in an old post that someone used Shift-Ctrl-V as a shortcut for "Paste-In-Place".
But I can't seem to create that shortcut.
