Make a circle on the ground plane to use as a pathfor follow me, and a vertical circle to use as a profilefor the button: [image: ROfO_Capture.JPG] Draw a horizontal line just under the center of profilecircle, and erase the bottom arc. Scale the profileshape along the blue axis to get the cross section of a button. [image: OtFN_Capture2.JPG] Select the path, then click on the profilewith the follow me tool, like so: [image: 8cJF_Capture3.JPG] If you need a plugin for making the cushion, that's probably the Subdivide and Smooth (or Artisan) plugin...search the "Tutorials" forum for "sofa"...

There are several possibilities why you might be getting Bug Splats. SU8 doesn't support Win10 and it is not uncommon to hear that users have issues. You don't say what your graphics card is but many Bug Splats occur because of deficiencies in the way the GPU drivers handle (or don't handle) OpenGL. You don't say whether you installed 64-bit SU2016 or not but some GPU drivers don't provide good 64-bit OpenGL support. There have been many reports of problems due to this but users have found switching to 32-bit SketchUp 2016 has gotten around it. Perhaps you'll have better results if you update the GPU drivers or perhaps you need to replace the graphics card. Are you sending in Bug Splats with your e-mail and a description of what you were doing when it occurred. As a current SU2016 Pro user, you could contact Customer support and they should be able to give you a clue about what is causing the splats.

Nice. With such opulence, you'd think they could afford a bigger tub than the standard size, though.

i think you can try also to use the image as a glass texture then edit the opacity to 50%... just make sure that you map it properly
