Revised my term from menus to toolbars.

I have Skype and I thought it was free.

Yes, sorry, I meant toolbars.

I realize that keeping toolbrs in place seems to be an SU problem in general, but anyone have any suggestions in being able to get the SU or plugin toolbars where you want them in the first place? It's a hit or miss for me and now I can't seem to get any of the plugins in place. I try to place them on the top line, they skip down to the third line and vice versa. I generally place them along the top together with the built-in SU toolbars.
