I have a free form inground pool where I'm trying to apply a texture to the walls and it keeps getting stretched out,I've tried projecting the texture but nothing seems to help, never ran into this before, am I doing something wrong or is it a limitation of SU? My second question isn't SU related but photoshop, I have a concrete texture that I want to make seamless but it has various shading in it and when I use the high pass filter it evens out but I can't get the color of the concrete back, is there some trick to it or another way instead of the high pass filter? Thanks for any and all help.

A quick maybe stupid question, I want to upgrade to SU7 to check it out for myself, will this overwrite my SU6? Will I have to buy a full license to SU7 if I want to keep SU6 and SU7? Thanks.

Jason, why not a lego wall, window and/or door in the background, like you're looking into a lego livingroom on Christmas morning and how bout some sort of star or such on the tree that incorporates your logo, just ideas.

    • RE: [REQ] SketchUp LOCK

I haven't tried the 3D Warehouse collabaration, but according to Gaieus here http://www.sketchucation.com/forums/scf/viewtopic.php?f=81&t=13176&start=30 you can also control who gets to download your model so you wouldn't have to worry about anyone making any modifications.

    • RE: NEED HELP CREATING A MATERIAL ASAP

You can edit this material in Kerky, first go to advanced settings, direct light estimators>refraction enhanched>turn on pseudo transulcencies. Then edit the refraction of your material, hope this helps, you should check out the kerky material editor guide.

    • RE: Printing from CS3

Cornel, thanks again, printing from CMYK mode made a big improvement, a few tweaks and I should have the quality that I'm trying to achieve.

    • RE: Printing from CS3

Remus it sure is a little complicated, I also did some web searching and reading but there was no clear answers, followed instructions on setting working profiles, setting printer profiles (which some say is necessary while others say its not if PS is handling color management), tried with ICM enabled and disabled, tried assigning profiles, tried relative colorimetric, absolute colrimetric, nothing is giving me a result even close to Kinkos. Cornel, I will try CMYK mode to see if my results are any better. Thanks guys, hopefully Allen will chime in.

    • Printing from CS3

I'm looking for some advice printing from PS CS3, I've already gone through about a $100.00 of ink and paper without decent results. Theres just so many options color settings, working profile, printer profiles, photoshop manages colors, printer manages colors, icm disabled, and so on. My monitor has been calibrated and I'm trying to print from a Canon Pixma Pro9000. Pretty decent printer so I would expect decent prints but when I take my renders to Kinkos to print the quality just blows away the prints I'm getting at home. Would appreciate any advice, tips, tricks, or any PS settings that work for other users when printing renders. Thanks

If you're looking at peoples associations, what about McCains association with Bush who is the biggest bomber of recent times and has not only brought this country to its knees but has wrecked havoc all around the world?
