      Hi guys
      I've edited my previous posting.

As far as the image is concerned I actually think this a work of art.

I would actually save this as a screensaver.

      Alan.

Well wish all trees were like that. Curvaceous fragrant tactile.

On a serious note, what tree is that

    • RE: Ever wondered how your cursor works?

      Hi Eric
How many men does it take to move a cursor around a computer screen?

      Only 14 men;

but I know a woman who could do that on her own, whilst doing other things at the same time too.

      Hi Richard,
Iโ€™m in the process of doing that at present through

Iโ€™ve checked your profile and cannot see where you live and Iโ€™m not sure how wide their net is.

All the relevant paperwork can be downloaded via the web page. Cost me ยฃ149 per application. Iโ€™ve made three this year.

      Hope that helps

    • RE: Breakfast...

      Ross,
Breakfast for me starts with a small bowl of grapefruit, followed by porridge. Six tablespoons of porridge mixed with milk to a creamy consistency. Cooked in the microwave for 1min 10sec, removed stirred and replaced and cooked for 10sec spells until it is thick and creamy. I eat this with an apple.
I probably have that around 8am and it keeps me going until around 2.30-3pm when we have our main meal of the day.

Evening meal is just a carton of cottage cheese flavoured with chives and onion.

After years of eating well and truly too much I am now back to the weight that I was probably in my mid twenties. What I love about the whole thing is that I now have so much energy to burn, not surprising when I was previously carrying around probably 28lbs too much. Have I written 28lbs. Well sometimes a lot more than that.

It was Paul McKennaโ€™s book โ€˜I can make you thinโ€™ that started me on the road to healthy eating. I even took up cooking and share that with my better half. Heck was she happy! Chicken and veg curry is one of her favourites.

      regards
