I wanted to share the latest update on the theatre model and set design that some of you may already know about.

I've been experimenting with a new rendering package, and the results are significantly improved compared to before.

@L-i-am Yeah, it's not bad considering most of the theatre itself is also modelled. Foyer, bar area, dressing rooms, offices etc.

The seats are a bit of a pain, I can't seem to get them looking "decent". The render software is D5!

Occasionally, I enjoy revisiting my previous SketchUp models to explore ways of enhancing them. Over the past few weeks, I have been refining the design of a theatre for a set design project. I believe incorporating a realistic auditorium/theatre into the renders will provide a more authentic feel.

Let me know your feedback... Specifically, the circle balcony has been reduced and sight lines have been corrected.

Also, it's important to note that images may appear over or undersaturated depending on your device.

The renders have been calibrated for my monitor and may appear lighter or darker for you.

Also, please accept my sincere apologies for seemingly ignoring some of you. Life is far too hectic at times!

Hey everyone. I have been doing a theatre project for some time but I am just bored of the model I am working on. Does anyone want to finish it off? I just want to get rid of the stress haha! It's complicated to get it right judging from the images I was basing it from.

The base model is all my own work!

Hi, similar question to my last one! Is there anywhere I can get hold of some Sets for Film, TV anywhere (inc cameras lighting) or a studio? I have a few models on my site of the BBC but I want to know if I can get some more to look at so I can have a play around with them.
