I just bought license for RoundConer but while i was paying, website told me that it couldnt finish my payment, however it took money from my bank account. Please contact me on tymoteusz.weglorz@gmail.com, i will send you all transaction details.

Send an email to support@sketchucation.com with your PayPal Transaction ID so we can look it up.
Or contact PayPal directly to see what happened with your payment.

This may be perfectly obvious to someone who's more savvy about these things than I, but how does one purchase a license? An often used extension is suddenly unavailable and I can't find the place/process for the life of me...

You can see a list of extensions for sale here...

Or in SketchUp, each extension has a License menu entry. If you click the Obtain License button you go to the purchase page for that extension.

Thanks for the reply, but still dead ended. Either of these routes takes me to the Cart Checkout, where none of the payment buttons responds. Really need this extension, and had no notion this was coming. Feeling pretty frustrated here...

Many things can impact PayPal's button executing. In most instances its browser related.
So if you have another browser without a bunch of addons running try that.
Things like Duck Duck Go's Privacy Essentials, Ad Blocker or even your own javascript settings can stop it working.

I purchased a new computer and installed my licensed Fredo extensions on my new computer. My old computer has been rebuilt. I did not release the licenses on the old computer before I installed them on the new computer. I went to the "My License" page and manually released the licenses that were assigned to my old computer. However, two of the extensions do not have a check box to release the license. See attached screenshot. Thank you in advance for the help. -David

Try as I may, I cannot purchase the Fredo6 package via your site. It enables me to sign into my account, go to the license I wish to purchase, fill out all the information, but when I go to either PayPal or credit/debit card absolutely nothing happens. HELP!!!

Try a different browser. Preferably one without browser addons. If the buttons are failing to execute its usually browser related.

I have a problem with 'Activating the license'. I got a message when click Validate License and click the license file

Something is stopping your device communicating with our domain. It could be anything from a firewall to an anti-virus.

It would be a good idea to whitelist *.sketchucation.com in your firewall because intermittent online checks can occur for some extensions.
