SCFLicense: Extension Licensing on Sketchucation

I bought a new license. My program does not evaluate the plug-ins because the old license period has expired and does not open them according to the old license period. I am an architect student, can you help me?

Install the newest version of the SketchUcation toolset [which has the latest licensing set up] and any associated Lib Fredo too...
Restart SketchUp and then retry to validate the license[s]... -
I have 1 seat license left on the computer I formatted. Can I remove that seat from the online system?

You can release seats with the current version of the Sketchucatio Extension Store tool. Update the tool, quit, and then restart SketchUp.

If that seat was activated with SketchUcation Tools v4.2.6 or later, then yes, you can do it at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php . If it was activated with an earlier version of the plugin, the only way is to either PM the author of the plugin with the reason you are asking for a release or write to support[at]sketchucation.com with the reason asking for the release.

I released the 3 seats for Curviloft and the seat for FredoScale.
So you now need to revalidate the licenses on your remaining computers.Fredo

I suppose you want to keep one of the 3 bundles. Am I right? If yes, I can disable and refund you the licences in 2 bundles and you can use the 3rd one.
Or do you want a refund for all 3 bundles?

This error indicates a extension name mismatch. The bundle includes the license for Round Corner, not FredoCorner. They are different tools and require different licenses.

I bought unlimited Fredo6 licenses. I received the confirmation emails and saved the attached documents on my hard drive. Then I wanted to validate the licenses in sketchup, but that does not work. By selecting the file in return I have a dialog box which tells me to verify that I have activated the correct file.

The most common reason we are seeing for this message is users trying to apply the license for Round Corner to FredoCorner. They are different tools and require different licenses. The license bundle include a license for RoundCorner. The license for FredoCorner is sold separately.

Hi, today I purchased the license and successfully activated 2 plugins on the first attempt (RoundCorner and JointPushPull) but I had many problems activating Curviloft. Reading the forum posts I followed the instructions asking to try to delete the "SCFLicenseSignature - DO NOT MODIFY OR DELETE.txt" file from the PC and try again to activate the licenses. After several attempts I succeeded but I realized that all the places were occupied and while releasing on this pc all the licenses in my Sketcheducation profile I still find myself occupied some places for other plugins. From the license management page of my profile I can't do it and so I wanted to ask you: is there a way to "reset" the situation in order to free up places for the use of these plugins on my other PCs? And again: why even though I tried the activation always on the same PC, the HW ID is different? Sorry my english but i had my italian translated to Google. Thank you

I sent a message yesterday to tell you that the documents attached to the license purchase confirmation email are not working. In fact, it's RoundCorner's that doesn't work. I have the sketchup 2022 version. Is RoundCorner compatible with this version of sketchup.
If so, please send me a working license. -

But some points that might help in the interim...
Are you confusing Fredo's RoundCorner and his FredoCorner extensions and licenses - they are separate tools and licensed separately too...
Everything works fine in v2022...
Have you installed the latest versions of the SketchUcation Toolset [v4.2.8] which contains the latest SCFlicensing codes ?
Have you also installed the latest Lib Fredo ? -
Downloaded Fredo for jointpushpull 20 minutes for the first time. Initially had a problem loading LibFredo6 extension after getting jointpushpull.
When LibFredo6 finally loaded, it came up with the expired license message - expired 31 mar 2022. But I only loaded it for the first time!!! It seems harsh to pay for the license when I don't even know whether this thing will work for me (not fredo itself but using joint push pull in my situation... -
This kind of error suggests that you do not have the latest SCFlicensing system installed.
Install the latest SketchUcation toolset from the PluginStore.
This will also include the newest SCFlicensing software.
Restart SketchUp to ensure everything gets synced...Try again and the error should have been resolved ?

Hi fredo, great plug in as always!
i've got a problem with releasing the licensing, though. i've already released the licensing on one computer, as i'm planning to change my computer to a new one, but the seats' still taken... please see attachment
just to note, i was just releasing the license, so maybe it will take time to see the changes. will be updating if the seat number is updated later on, thank you in advance
