Have you received the license file ?
Have you validated it in the extension's menu ?
Do you have the latest versions of the extension, LibFredo and the SketchUcation toolset installed ?
Restart SketchUp after installing all of them to ensure everything syncs...
If you look in MyLicenses on this site what does it say ?

As you can understand from the posts under the topic; PAYPAL is not available in some countries. In this case, we cannot benefit from many plugins even though we are willing to pay for them.
I request you to find a permanent solution to this situation. We request you and sketchucation.com admins and moderators to use another payment tool to help us reach and use Fredo6Bundle2022 - A bundle of 8 plugins.
We have been waiting for four or five months with the hope of a solution. Except for PAYPAL, if necessary, give me an IBAN number and we can transfer the plugins to it. See; We can easily get SUbD and Vertex Tools from https://evilsoftwareempire.com/. I'm looking forward to a solution similar to this and at least a promising response to this post. We hope to get back to these plugins that we have been using for years. Take care of yourselves.

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this post, so apologies in advance if this needs moving.

Despite having been able to use various of Fredo6's superb tools in the past, including after having bought a licence on both SU2021 & 22, I am currently experiencing problems...

I check my licence status, let's say for Joint push pull, & it says i'm ok, but wen I try to use the tool, nothing works.
& Yes, I've updated to the latest versions of both plugin & LibFredo, plus my SketchUcation plugin is also the latest version. I've tried on both 21 & 22, to no avail.
This is also true for Curviloft and Tools on surface etc...

Anyone have any ideas (BTW, the old free version of Joint PP works for some reason)

Open the ruby console and see if there's any messages when you try JPP.

If JPP, LibFredo and Sketchucation Tools are all up to date you should have no issues.

It's a bit frustrating as these tools have worked well in the past and are such help, hence I had no issues about buying a licence when that became necessary...

oh, & just now on launch of SU 2021 I got this bizarre message popped up in a window:

"Incorrect installation of LibFredo6 - Remove rb files" with an "ok" button that i did not press !

This is bizarre as I had correctly installed the rbz...

Luckily on the SU2022 launch I have not had this window

Please ensure that you have installed the newest versions of these extensions, LibFredo [helper] and the SketchUcation toolset [for licensing set up] - v4.2.9
After the installation restart SketchUp to sync everything...
Retry the tools...

If this fails to improve things...
Note that if SketchUp is not installed by using 'Run as administrator' from the right-click context-menu on the installer's exe file [in Downloads] you can get unpredictable and often weird permission issues - running the installer properly usually fixes these issue with a 'Repair' - there is no need to uninstall and any already installed extensions etc are left unaffected...
Some of Fredo's support files stored away from the main Plugins folder can become inaccessible with very messed up permissions... these can be deleted and when SketchUp restarts they get remade - this time properly... We have already posted details of this previously...

I did all of that on my SU2022 install and now have the same awful popup window as I mentioned before.

I again tried to reinstall the LibFredo package using both approved methods, and, in desperation, by copying the files from the .rbz to the plugin folder, but on all three attempts, on restarting SU, this damn window pops up saying that "LibFredo is incorrectly installed, remove, <OK>"

I can't think what has recently changed in order for the whole thing to act this way...

Maybe it's the version of windows ? it's Win11 Pro 22H2, build 22621.819

Oh, & for good mesure, I tried what you suggested on another thread...
"If the error persists, then try [re]deleting the C:/Users/YOUR_USER_NAME/AppData/Local/LIBFREDO6_DATA_Dir directory - because it might have incorrect permissions from any earlier incorrect installation of SketchUp..."

& sadly that did not fix the issue.

You're renaming the pluginName.rbz to pluginName.zip and unzipping it and placing the contents into the plugins folder at C:\Users\SomeName\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2022\SketchUp\Plugins ???

Something is not right with install structure for LibFredo to spit out its dummy.

As a last resort you could rename your Plugins folder to #plugins to prevent it loading. Then fresh install Sketchucation Tools. Use that to install LibFredo and JPP and validate your license.

Then see if it works. If it does then you know there's something else at play...

OK, good news folks I fixed the problem:

I got radical and deleted ALL Fredo6 related folders and files from everywhere, then reinstalled all, starting by LibFredo via the SketchUcation toolbar... despite verious error messages, once I restarted SU22 they reworked.
Fingers crossed that it holds.
Anyway, thanks all & hope this helps someone sometime.

I bought Fredo6Bundle2022 - A bundle of 8 plugin , and validated RoundCorner license.
It worked right after I validate it.
But,next time I launch SketchUp, The message"Trial Period Expired: RoundCorner" was displayde and it didn't work.

I　Re-validated Same license.　but, it never worked again.
I tried various ideas. uninstall, rebooted system and so on.

The　problem was not resolved. and all license sheats exceeded,
though　I try at same computer.

Please tell me what to do.

I'm getting a validation error on my RoundCorner License. Message: 'request to sketchucation = Error_F09'.

When I check my license page on SketchUcation it says 0/3 seats...does that mean 0 available? Doesn't seem to allow 'releasing' seats. How can I resolve? Thx.
