This is my first real attempt at rendering an interior. However, since I have an old and slow computer, high-res, realistic interior renderings are out of my reach, so I have to go with a more stylized approach. Here I've overlaid the result from the rendering software (Keyshot) with a snapshot of the model from Sketchup, then played around with it in Photoshop. Any feedback is appreciated ๐Ÿ˜„

I am not qualified to give a definitive opinion, there are others here who can do that. For what it's worth, apart from a washed out exterior and being a bit too bright, I like it. As a render goes with little adjustment I think it would be great.

If this is really your first attempt, then either you're gifted or Keyshot is doing amazing job or both! ๐Ÿ˜Ž

I liked the style ๐Ÿ‘ maybe giving slightly more color and less cartoon effect & reflections could be better.

Thanks, Mike ๐Ÿ˜„ Here's a version in which the lighting is more subdued and the exterior isn't as washed out.

I have a bit of experience with rendering in general, but this is indeed my first attempt at interiors. Keyshot is the bomb. Though not the best choice for interiors and though it isn't as robust as something like Vray, it's very fast and very intuitive.

Here's a version of the render with a bit more color and with more subdued cartoon effects.

Sorry to be a wet blanket, but I am not a fan of the styles you presented.
The modeling is good and detailed nicely, but in my opinion the style lets the model down.

The overlay and semi photo real rendering leave me in a limbo between what it would really look like and an artistic impression of what it would look like. As a viewer, I can't really tell what your after.

I would think a client would be a little confused too.

Seems to me you need to go harder towards non photo real, or go fully photo real.
