If you create a object to follow a path then use Camera Tracking Object and position your view you get that 'tour' effect
Just hide the tracking object for the export.

I use the Temp exit feature in Animator to then use the native Position Camera tool.
Then return to the Animator timeline add a New Camera and set it with this...
It's a bit funky to do but it does work

PDF ANIMATOR TUTORIAL
. After discussing it with Fredo6, I'm now publishing it in this post, as it seems the most fitting choice.Here's the link to the explanatory video and tutorial (in the video's description) in their Spanish version, published in my video youtube channel.
I'm currently working on the English version. This order is necessary due to layout considerations, as English tends to use fewer words. I hope it aids other designers in creating excellent animations with this superb plugin. I trust it will be helpful to you and that you'll share it with fellow users.

It's taken quite a few hours of work, though the tutorial is intended as a basic introduction. The link to the tutorial can be found below, offering a 54-page PDF outlining the core features of ANIMATOR, alongside a few examples of more intricate animations. There's a chance it might contain a few oversights, for which I apologise. Despite being in beta for a while, the plugin remains a highly valuable tool for animating Sketchup projects. Bonjour Fredo,
Merci pour ce super plugin. J'ai un problème lorsque je veux faire un rendu Vray sur le cloud avec Animator. Animator crée un fichier d'export .vrscene que j'uploade sur Chaos Cloud. Mais à chaque fois l'export fait disparaitre le relief des textures (le bump).
Dans mon rendu il y a un plan d'eau avec un bump, et sur le rendu le relief de l'eau disparait, il n'y a plus qu'un miroir plat qui reflete le ciel.
