Two observations on latest posts:

On the neat yellow bird, when it finished loading it lost all of it's color.
I love the scene capability. I can see some real use for this feature.
However, I know you are still developing, I would like to see a transition from one scene to the other like happens in SU.
Would be neat if there was an option to somehow include the scene name.
Agree that it would be nice to be able to add text as well.
While you are at it, how about the ability to click on something in one scene (like a hyperlink) to take you to another scene.
This viewer keeps getting more exciting

Camera path animations are a big undertaking.

Add scene name is planned

Leader text is already supported. Dimensions not yet. But we'll be doing our own dimensioning system as the one in SU is not suited to the viewer.

Hotspots are planned.

Once inside the model, the lighting looked good. It will be interesting to see where you can take this feature1. Had some very inconsistent results when clicking on the scenes - did not always get the same results

At times the model would not orbit correctly (I assume that was because of the axis in different scenes
Got confused as to how many scenes there really were because at times it would just flip between 2 scenes

I kind of thought there might only be 2 scenes but at times it appeared there were more. Will be watching to see how that goes.

so when I first click on any of these panels the model is black. Once I click and try to rotate the black goes away and I can see all the right colors.

I'm on WIN7 Ultimate 64 and using FireFox 34.0

Currently, any uploaded SKPs containing 'leader-text' [but not 'screen-text'] should have this text repeated in the viewer-window, although font, color, size etc will not necessarily be replicated exactly as in the original SKP...

That'd be a kinda of silly thing to do. Hijack someone's webcam. What were you thinking?

(like- i don't think you could do it even if you tried really hard.. not on osx at least)

and security issues aside, it would actually be sweet to have a user's current environment/lighting/etc be applied to a 3D model on screen..
i imagine we'll probably have stuff like that one day though maybe not til the flat panel display phase is over.

what could happen is that you use your own phone to make a cube map. upload it and then use it.
