Is it docked?
If so undocked and redock to see if the icons come back.
I get this a lot with JPP, Tgi and Thea Exporter

Well, thanks for the quick reply. However, docking and undocking did not do the trick.

Can i see a screenie?

Are you still running with a large amount of plugins installed Ken?
-
Here is a screen shot. I don't have it dock at present. The icons are grayed out, however, I can see at the bottom the name of each icon shows up as I mouse over the icons, so part of it is working. However, I get no other action then the name of the icon at the bottom right.

Well, I did trim the plugins back a month or two ago. And all plugins that I can, I have removed from the contents menu.
Yes, I am a plugin hog. What I don't know is how long this has been like this, because I don't have much call for the Artisan tool bar.

That I haven't seen before?
I suppose contacting Dale is the best advice i can give.

I'd be interested to know the outcome/cause or if anyone else has experienced this?

Can you try temporarily removing some plugins you have - just to make sure it's not the sheer number of plugins doing this again?

I will tonight, right now I need to move on, I have a PPP that I have to make some illustrations for, so I onto finishing my work.
Yes, I will remove some plugins, I will start with the latest installed and move backwards in time.

Thank you for your quick reply.
Ken, right now working in Rio de Janeiro, life doesn't get any better than this week.

Hi guys,
When the 15 day trial period expires, the toolbar and menu items become grayed out. You must now register the software to continue use.
Cheers,
Dale -
same thing happened to me. Turns out I NEEDED TO PAY FOR THE PLUGIN!!!!
That might be it.

Well, thanks for all the reply, however, I am a registered owner of the plugin, since March 28 of this year. It appears it is treating me as a free user. I tried to use my registration code again and it said it was not a valid code.
Anyway, thanks for the reply

I never take offense--I hate to give offense. Life is too short! No worries!

Oh, no offense taken. I never thought that it would go back to a trial version and apparently that what has happen. I tried the registration code and it did not work. So right now I am waiting on an answer to what happen or another registration code.
Maybe in getting my laptop ready for deployment, with all the upgrade plugins from my desktop, I accidentally over wrote something.
However, thanks for the help. Your email did remind me that I had saved the code in my email.
Ken
Edit by me, fingers are fast, went from trail to trial.

Well, I have corrected the problem. With Dale's help. For some reason, the program reverted back to a trial version and it appeared the registration code wasn't working. However, the problem seems to be me. I guess I wasn't careful enough in entering either the email address or the code. Anyway, after being extra careful, the program was registered again with the original code. I wish to thank Dale for all his help and the program.
Just wanted to be sure I have included the solution to this plugin problem.
Thanks to all in your responses.
