How does one create a curved face ?

Does anyone know of a plugin that can help me creating a curved face in the area shown in the illustration ?

That geometry will need to be polylines is some cases though. Post back if you've hassle. Or post the model and let members go wild

TIG's Extrude Edges by Rails would be another good option. That's how I did the above.
