Problema na instalação ERROR_A04

@Andre-Zucco This is bizarre.
You go to https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php and you download your license file for FredoScale to your Downloads folder
In SketchUp you go to Tools > Fredo Collection > FredoScale > License and use the dialog to open the license and you get an A04 error.
Even after you delete the signature file and restart SketchUp you still get this error?
That error only occurs when there is mismatch in device name. Have you done something recently that would cause this error? Moved files from a device to another device?
I'm at a loss at what you can do because your console output suggest the correct setup. If you followed my earlier steps that should resolve permission issues.

@Rich-O-Brien estive trocando de notebook recentemente, no notebook velho não tinha esse problema.
Importei as configurações do outro notebook mas não sei se pode ter alguma relação. -
@Andre-Zucco So the potential for either corruption or instability is there if you are not using conventional methods to recreate your SketchUp extension environment.
You could try the following:
- Rename Plugins folder at
C:\Users\######\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2023\SketchUp
to !!Plugins to prevent it loading - Delete SCFLicenses folder at
C:\Users\######\AppData\Local
- Start SketchUp
- Install fresh Sketchucation Tools https://sketchucation.com/plugin/696-sketchucationtools
- Install fresh Libfredo https://sketchucation.com/pluginstore?pln=LibFredo6
- Install fresh FredoScale
- Restart SketchUp to fully complete installation
- Activate license
If this is successful then you know your system is flawed and moving directories from device to device does not guarantee success.
If this is unsuccessful we can refund.

@Rich-O-Brien Não consegui resolver o problema e percebo que ExtensionStore não consegue realizar a instalação de nem um plugin, mesmo plugins que nunca foram instalados anterior mente, poderia estar relacionado com a questão do erro?

@Andre-Zucco If your device is failing to such a degree I would recommend trying on a separate device. The info you have provided does suggest your OS is not writing files to directories. This is usually a permissions issue.
Please run the Window > Libfredo Settings > Fredo6 Plugins Information for Sketchucation Support menu command in SketchUp and copy/paste the output into your reply.

@Rich-O-Brien Não tentei, mas gostaria muito de resolver esse problema, os pligins me fazem muita falta.
Pensei que o problema talvez estivesse relacionado com a minha conta na sketchucation, ou outra possibilidade seria as relacionado a permissões, algo que estivesse bloqueando a conexão do plugin com a internet para realizar o download e ativar as licenças. -

@Rich-O-Brien todos eles funcionavam antes de trocar de notebook, agora eu recebo a mensagem que o período de teste expirou e pede para validar a licença, quando vou validar a licença da o erro A04.
Teria como excluir essa conta e todos seus registros para posterior fazer uma nova conta e liberar os plugins novamente? -
@Andre-Zucco Deleting an account is unnecessary.
All info points to an issue between your signature file and the device.
In particular the signature file is detecting a mismatch between the device name and what is on the signature file.
This happens when someone migrates files from an older device or changes the device name.
Deleting the signature file at C:\Users\SomeName\AppData\Local\SCF Licenses and restarting SketchUp should fix your signature issues.
But from your replies this has not rectified it. This suggests there is something else that is causing instability.
Hopefully @TIG @Gabor or even @fredo6 might have further options.
