SCFLicense: Extension Licensing on Sketchucation

You may want to consider what happens when a user that has a license has no internet connection or, in light of what happened earlier today, when sketchucation isn't available to respond to the request for license verification.

On average our uptime is >98% which is good. 100% would be ideal but our uptime relies on the data centers operating at 100%. The data center relies on infrastructure to maintain 100%.

So something as simple as a power outage can cause the server to go down. Abrupt shutdowns can corrupt databases which need manual intervention to reset.

Not ideal but certainly a good experience for us encounter so we can look at future fallbacks.

I have installed my apps on a new Laptop, but all my licenses are currently in use. Can you please release all the license seats for the licenses attached?

Hi Fredo, want to buy a bundle, just need clarification that the the license has to be renewed on yearly basis or its once for all.

It's perpetual. There's no ongoing charge.

Hello, can someone help me? My sketchucation store is up to date, I also tried reinstalling the round corner but the license won't still activate and this keeps popping up.

My work uses a virtual system and as such, each new version is a "new seat". I'm unable to release the 3 seats I have, is there an Admin that can assist in releasing these?

Hello! Good night everybody! All right with you?

A few weeks ago I requested support via email "support@sketchucation.com " to reset all my activations, as I had exceeded the usage limit. Unfortunately I couldn't get help there because the person who helped me was trying to teach me how to deactivate the license, the problem is that even deactivating the license before formatting the computers, it is not deactivating on the "My Licenses" website, it continues as if the machine was activated.

Could someone please remove all computers linked to my licenses so that I can activate and use the plug-ins on my machine?

I've been using this version for many months, I always update the plugins:

My licenses have not yet been released, I am unable to finish my college work.

Hi @fredo, I have a licence but now I'm getting an alert saying - Trial Period Expired: RoundCorner

Trial period has expired since Thu 30 Dec 2021, but I got the licence in 2022, can you assist please. I have the licence but just as a txt doc.

I see that you have 2 licenses of RoundCorner, one installed, the other not. Could you PM me the screenshot of the message you get.

A full program license error occurred after replacing the computer.
Is there a solution?
I deleted the signature file and tried it again
ERROR_B03 and ERROR_A04 are repeated over and over again.
I will mark the programs with license issues below.

Could you first upgrade to the latest versions of Sketchucation ExtensionStore as well as LibFredo6 . This may help.
