I knew Thea…… I like the materials editor and how it works with Skatter.

How do you do that. I use Twilight Render which I think is based on Thea and probably has a material editor that is much like I (do no know that for sure).

Twilight doesn't work with Skatter proxies. Don't remember if I tested it with non proxies but I can imagine the geometry would be overwhelming.

Yes, I use the proxies all of the time.

Guess I forgot. Something I'm doing more frequently.

Designed another layout for the kitchen and added more bells and whistles. I rendered this at 8K. It really doesn't take very long.

This is a cropped portion of the original 8K rendering which was a png output.

@Gus R, I just copied this info about the Skatter plugin:

                  Combine Skatter with Other Plugins
The Skatter Plugin is compatible with many other Sketchup plugins, including V-Ray, Thea Render, and Twilight Render. By combining Skatter with these plugins, you can create even more realistic and stunning landscapes.

I like the fact that this allows you to use proxies so that it does not bring SU to its knees. 👍

The last ones are a vast improvement 👍 Interiors are a whole new ball game 😉 I find a white ceiling gives light a whole lot more bounce. That is why ceiling's in the real world are almost always white.

This last one is kind of blurry IMO on my iPad.

It's the depth of field. Only the range is focused.
