    Bye the way I noticed your studio forum. My cousin by marriage is building a studio in New York right now so I sent the link to my wife so she can get it to him. He taught himself SU so he could design the concept.Thought it was interesting.

    i think this is wheres apples success lies, they make good stuff that people like to use at a price that is above average but still affordable. i think people have latched onto the fact that it's well designed and so are willign to fork out a bit extra. wether this market will extend to other things is hard to say, of course.

    Kris, you are perfectly right about the 10% increase in constructions costs. Its the Chinese and Indian economies putting up all those new buildings. Maybe better to get out of buildings and into Commodities Investment Rolling Eyes Mike

    Jim, as Coen informed us somewhere (I forget where I read), the new email server had a spam filter that blocked the notifications. He got this filter disabled now so from now on everything should be OK. Sorry for the inconvenience again.
