This made me think of an article I saw a while back on TV about how Architects were researching human movement in an urban context. Satelite tracking technology allowed them to track public movements for use in generating design data for highly populated spaces. Very interesting....
I think the way it was compiled was the signal that was obtained from satelites were able to be patterned to give an idea of massing movements...

Its important to note that no other information could be obtained from the satelite due to privacy issues....

You wouldn't want to end up like that 'New Yorker' who was suppose to be at work on 9/11. He received a call on his mobile from his frantic wife [after watching the the towers come down] and said

I am a total newb when it comes to Flash / web language / etc....
Just wondering what is the best way to create Flash files. I think I could use it in my travels... Also I am soon to create a website [not me a graphic designer] and I want to learn how to update it from time to time....

Q1 - What is the best Flash program, Licence or Freeware?
Q2 - I have been told there are web programs that help you create your own sites, any ideas?

As if I don't have enough to do....

the problem is they are awfully large!!!

Any idea on how to reduce the size, mate? I have a number of models that need a good clean up.

The problem that i have is this, I have created a custom template but at times I want to use a standard A3 or A4 blank page. As you can see by the attached screen shot the standard templates that came with the program can not be found.....
